I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was close to public transportation and the bustling walking street. I was able to easily explore the city and visit the nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Staff were helpful and attentive entire duration of my stay. Its very central location was convenient to a prestigious museum. Besides, it was very close to metro and bus, the commercial area of Ixelles, the metro stops right outside...

it was enjoyable base for travelling to brussels, i was glad to stay there. the stuff was responsive at all times. the bed was narrow here however i liked the stay overall. it had an excellent setting just off public transport & walking street, the main brussels train stations and the metro stops. and i was located to the related area.

our valentine's day stay at smartflats - toison d'or in brussels was even better than our previous visit. the spacious and beautiful apartment, accommodating staff, and excellent wi-fi made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city center and other nearby areas.

Dishwasher not functioning.

It was convenient base for travelling to Brussels, I was glad to stay there. The apartment was so close to Zaventem airport, 15 km.

There were a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave available. We thoroughly enjoyed location; it was central. Staff of our accommodation was amicable and attentive.

The location was mind-blowing, with easy access to main train stations and a metro stop right outside. The abundance of shops, cafes, and restaurants on the doorstep was super convenient. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was jaw-dropping, with stylish decor, spaciousness, and impeccable cleanliness. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The proximity to the metro and various shops made it extremely convenient. The value for money was excellent, especially for our family of five. The multitude of nearby restaurants was a bonus.

Mind-blowing spacious apartment with comfortable beds, perfect for chilling with friends and enjoying breakfast. Superb location surrounded by international restaurants and close to metro and shopping. Wi-fi and self check-in were a breeze. Hip and vibrant community.

The apartment provided ample space for our group of friends to relax and enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable and the location in a vibrant community with international restaurants nearby was great. We especially enjoyed the bulgogi at Hana, a Korean restaurant nearby. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay overall.
